Simone has been involved in the Aviation world for more than 20 years in various project management and senior management roles in Switzerland, Europe, Asia, USA and Middle East. After working for several years at the FOCA (Federal Office of Civil Aviation, of Switzerland) he is actually leading an initiative to promote innovation and mobility in a sustainable and ethical way and has created and leads the “Future Mobility & Railways” and the “Advanced Air Mobility” programs at the university school of Lugano. Simone is experienced in corporate, government and start-up environments and he is driven by the need to constantly challenge himself. Simone holds a Bachelor degree in electronics from the Bern University of Applied Sciences (BFH), a Certificate in Aviation Safety Management from the University of Southern California (USC) in Los Angeles and a DAS in General Management from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland (SUPSI). He lives In Switzerland, in the region of Zurich, with his wife and one daughter.
